Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions (Resell Genie)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Resell Genie mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
Resell Genie provides tools intended to help resellers make buying decisions by displaying insights such as sold comps, median sold price, market saturation, and new/used sold price information. Results may rely on third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or available.
2) No Sign-In Required
The Service does not require sign-in. Some features (like saving searches locally) may be available without an account.
3) Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
Resell Genie offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
After the trial, the subscription automatically renews monthly for $2.99 unless canceled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial ends).
Subscription renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel in: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s policies.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
Scrape, overload, abuse, or interfere with the Service
Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
5) Intellectual Property
Resell Genie and all related content, branding, and features are owned by us (or our licensors). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes related to reselling.
6) Third-Party Data and No Affiliation
The Service may display or rely on third-party data and services (including marketplace listing data). We are not responsible for third-party accuracy, availability, or policies.
Resell Genie is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.
7) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Resell Genie is a decision-support tool only. We do not guarantee profits, sales, or that any item will sell at any price.
8) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESELL GENIE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $10 if you did not pay).
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk or harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10) Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless your local law requires otherwise.
