Resell Genie (“Resell Genie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps you decide what’s worth flipping faster by showing market insights like eBay sold comps, median sold price, and market saturation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the Resell Genie mobile app and related services (the “Service”).

We do not require your email to use the app.
Saved searches are stored locally on your device (not on our servers).

A) Information You Provide (Optional)
User feedback (optional):
If you submit feedback in the app, we collect the comment text and rating you provide. We do not require an email address for feedback.
B) Information Collected Automatically
To keep the app working reliably and to improve performance, we may collect:
App diagnostics (crash reports, error logs, performance data)
Usage data (basic interactions like which features are used and how often)
Device information (device model, OS version, app version, language/region settings)
This information is used for troubleshooting and improving the Service.
C) Scan / Search Inputs
When you scan or search for items, we process the scan/search input to return results (e.g., sold comps insights). Please do not submit sensitive personal information through scan/search fields.
D) Purchases and Subscriptions
Resell Genie offers an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment information. Apple may provide us limited subscription status information (e.g., active/expired) so we can unlock premium features.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the Service (return results, enable features)
Improve reliability and performance (fix bugs, prevent crashes)
Review and respond to optional feedback
Prevent abuse and protect the Service
How We Share Information
We may share information:

Saved searches: stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app.

Your Choices
You can delete locally saved data by clearing saved results in the app (if available) or uninstalling the app.
You can stop sharing feedback by not submitting it.
Children’s Privacy
Resell Genie is not intended for children under 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 4.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure.
